Andy MacLellan - RBS
As Director of RBS Group Purchasing, Andy is responsible for maximising the Group's return on the £8bn which is invested with its Suppliers every year. Group Purchasing is a key element of RBS Manufacturing and works with the customer facing businesses to deliver innovative solutions across diverse, worldwide supply chains.
Before joining RBS, Andy was an Executive Consultant with Ernst & Young, leading teams from multiple industry sectors to deliver step-change results, particularly in the areas of sourcing and supply chain management.
Prior to consulting, Andy held senior supply chain roles with Motorola, Du Pont/Conoco and British Aerospace. Andy has also delivered business change programmes within the Public sector and has audit experience with Arthur Andersen.
