Kevin Barrow - Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons
Kevin is head of the firm’s Recruitment sector group and specialises in recruitment and HR outsourcing, and corporate advice to companies in those areas. He advises on national and international IT, business process, HR and recruitment process outsourcing projects, on pan European outsourcings and regularly provides Board level advice to outsourcing and recruitment companies.
In addition, Kevin advises companies in relation to tax advice on all forms of outsourcing and staffing services, as well as regulatory advice (e.g. money laundering, immigration, DTI regulations, data protection, TUPE, FSA, employment and care standards regulation relating to outsourcing and staffing).
Kevin speaks regularly at outsourcing and recruitment conferences and seminars run by trade associations, and his advice on recruitment and HR outsourcing has been adopted by the Office of Government Commerce. He joined Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons in 1988.
