Rob Rousou - ProcServe Rob Rousou has worked with e-procurement systems since 1998. He has extensive experience in specifying and implementing a wide range of procurement technologies, including: Purchase-to-Pay systems, eMarketplaces/Exchanges, eTendering and eAuction systems.

His experience has included working on two of the UK's largest eProcurement projects: the award-winning 'eProcurement Scotl@nd' and the recent UK Government 'Zanzibar' service.

He has consulted with many private and public sector clients on implementation strategies including business-case development, solution design, change-management, process re-engineering and benefits tracking. He has contributed to Government strategy documents on eProcurement and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Between 2003 and 2005 he was Vice President, UK of Elcom Systems and was part of the consortium that successfully bid for the Office of Government Commerce 'Zanzibar' project. He then joined PA Consulting in 2005 and has since been working on developing PA's Procurement Transformation company, ProcServe.
