ICG and Genpact combine to create new outsourcing solution
Genpact and ICG Commerce have joined forces to offer a new “Source-to-Pay” outsourcing solution.
The new collaboration will see the companies combine their sourcing capabilities, spend analytics and category management with procurement and accounts payable capabilities.
Genpact, the global business process and technology solutions company, and procurement outsourcing provider ICG Commerce, have previously worked together with the likes of Kimberly-Clark and Hertz.
"Few companies have been able to capitalize on the significant promise of Source-to-Pay outsourcing," said Carl Guarino, CEO, ICG Commerce.
"We are excited to bring this unique and powerful combination of capabilities to market and to deliver the full value of Source-to-Pay outsourcing to a broader set of companies."
