Ladbrokes extends print and marketing outsourcing agreement

Leading print and document management company TPF, have signed a new deal with Ladbrokes which the UK's largest high street bookmaker hope will save them more than £8m over the next five years.

The announcement comes in the run-up to this weekend's Grand National, and is reported to be worth around £30m. The new agreement will cover services such as print management, creative services and reprographics, logistics, 'pick and pack' and technology solutions.

TPF, who include Sky, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the Virgin Group among their clients, recently assumed responsibility for the annual production of Ladbroke 1.5 billion betting slips.

Speaking after the announcement, Scott Seaman-Digby, Ladbroke's director of Buying and Corporate Services said: "After 12 years, they continue to perform and deliver across the board and their approach has the freshness of a brand new supplier in terms of energy, commitment and enthusiasm. All in all it makes for a remarkable combination, and it's reassuring for our business to know they'll be part of the team for another five years."

Steve Brundle Group CEO of TPF said: "The year TPF started dealing with Ladbrokes, Royal Athlete won the Grand National and, as ever, I didn't have a penny on it. However, TPF certainly backed a winner in Ladbrokes plc and I'd like to think the feeling's mutual."
